The Role

Are you passionate about driving innovation and optimizing operations? As a Strategic Operations & Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in refining our processes, implementing technical solutions, and working closely with our CEO and teams. Your work will ensure alignment across projects, introduce automation, and streamline workflows to enhance productivity and impact. Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to expand our offerings across platforms like Abicart, Prenly, and Webarch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine value propositions and deliver impactful solutions.

Process Optimization

• Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies and implement automation tools.
• Drive initiatives to improve speed, quality, and efficiency in operations.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.

Technical Implementation

• Design, test, and execute automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Make (Experience with Intercom would be highly beneficial).
• Develop prototypes to improve user experiences and streamline internal processes.
• Act as a hands-on innovator, implementing changes directly where needed.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Work closely with the CEO to align operational initiatives with strategic goals.
• Support managers and project leaders to ensure cross-functional collaboration and success.
• Bridge leadership and teams to drive projects forward and foster alignment.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate the success of process improvements.
• Use analytics and AI insights to guide decision-making and identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Proven track record in business development, process optimization, or operations, ideally in tech or SaaS environments.
• Experience with implementing technical solutions and automation workflows.

Skills

• Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and prototyping software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to execute improvements effectively.
• Passion for leveraging AI and technology to drive innovation.

Personal Traits

• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• A creative problem-solver who thrives on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English.

Remote Work Skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones.
